ACCESS TO SUPPORT TEAM
The MYP support team is made up of software engineers and support staff in Australia. Users with Level 1 Support (automatic support level) are able to report any system issues through the support system. By attending a Certified Training session in a module, Subscribers gain access to Level 2 Support for that particular module and the ability to lodge user support requests.
INCLUDED IN SUBSCRIPTION
All MYP Subscribers automatically receive Level 1 Support (access to videos and manuals) so there are no hidden costs. Level 2 Support can be unlocked for modules by simply attending Certified Training.
