Stage 1: To automate agency claims, payments and service bookings with the NDIA participant portal that will lead to MYP Clients reducing their administration significantly.
Stage 2: Access to additional funding schemes such as Medicare, private health funds and others
Flexible Funding and Home Care Packages
To extend the functionality of GENIUS beyond the NDIS market. Creating an extension option for existing + future MYP Clients who operate in the aged care (HCP) market and other community funded markets.

Through the use of specific and targeted personas + client journey mapping, position MYP as the software solution of choice for the Community (Disability)/Aged Care/Health Sector/s due to its simplicity and the value it adds to subscriber organisations, their teams and clients.
Stage 1: To simplify the user interface and maximise the benefits for the frontline users of MYP (e.g. Support Workers + Allied Health Professionals).
Communication Centre – SMS Upgrade
ARM + PocketWatch + the MYP Platform
To build increased SMS functionality across the MYP Platform to meet the communication needs of our client base. To prepare for future integration with the Microsoft platform through our Partner status (e.g. Microsoft teams as a VOIP alternative).
