MYP offers a range of services to ensure you unlock the full potential of your MYP platform and, consequently, your team. MYP rollout programs, training events and other client services are delivered by our certified client support team to maximise engagement, learning and effectiveness. Increasingly, Subscribers are also engaging with our team to assist with the design and operational delivery of their systems through our consulting services. Services under this category include project management, workflow design, onsite consultation, change management, system and process reviews and other ad-hoc support.
By accessing MYP's Certified Training, your staff will stay current with the latest updates and best practices, minimise time spent in the learning process and secure efficiency and benefits from MYP right from the start.
rollout + implementation
To ensure MYP users generate maximum value from their subscription, MYP requires new Subscribers to implement our rollout program. The rollout program has been structured to secure a strong implementation process while being very conscious of costs and cashflow impact.
The timing for the rollout depends on the level of engagement, the current status of existing business systems, the quality of project management, available resources and commitment of the leadership team. Specified timeframes for implementation will be provided during the subscription process and implementation planning stages. During and following the rollout program, Subscribers will have access to MYP's online support system.

Available both online and onsite, tailored training is specifically designed around your organisation’s objectives. Tailored training is developed to be relevant to the specific roles and competencies within your organisation.
The tailored onsite training sessions can be held at MYP’s training facilities or an agreed external venue. Online training offers flexibility for those organisations with staff who are unable to attend onsite training, but understand the benefits of customised sessions. Training for multiple modules can be held during a single session, ensuring efficient use of time and the best value for your money. The length of the sessions is determined by the number of modules required for training. It is recommended each attendee has access to a laptop or tablet to ensure a high level of engagement.

myTraining

The myTraining platform provides access to Certified Training and Professional Development sessions open to all Subscribers 24/7. These courses are centred on specific modules and provide a self-paced learning experience. myTraining courses are ideal for new staff members or any staff requiring refresher training in a particular module. Upon successful completion of a myTraining course, a Certificate of Completion and access to Level 2 support is automatically applied.

MYP Training

MYP conducts a rolling schedule of training sessions open to Subscribers. These training sessions are centred around particular modules and are ideal for new subscribers, new staff and staff requiring re-training. Training is conducted online via GoToTraining utilising the MYP comprehensive demonstration site. The training agenda and next steps are provided prior to the training session via GoToTraining. These sessions are standard for subscribers in rollout to attend prior to their tailored sessions and consist of a combination of Certified Training, Professional Development and Q + A sessions.

Professional Development sessions are ideal for Subscribers who require more in-depth knowledge around workflow practices specific to their role and are also suitable for Subscribers who have completed training previously but require a refresher. MYP Champion Professional Development is provided through our myTraining platform. Alternatively, Subscribers are welcome to request specific tailored sessions to meet their training requirements. Professional Development attracts CPD/CPE credit for relevant sectors.

While the standard MYP rollout program is comprehensive many organisations wish to engage our team for further consultancy on specific processes, workflows and methodologies. These additional services can be included in your rollout package or requested at a later date.

We have assisted a number of organisations move to the next level of operational effectiveness by contracting external resources (through MYP) who have had significant experience implementing the MYP platform in other organisations. This is particularly beneficial for small to medium sized organisations who may not have internal resources for project management. This contracted resource will act on behalf of your organisation in working with MYP to get your core systems running as they should with less impact on your day-to-day operations and ensure a smoother transition experience.

MYP Subscribers that have completed Certified Training (either by attending a Tailored Training Course or completing a myTraining Course) will unlock access to Level 2 support. This allows them to lodge user support requests. Our support team will be available to assist with any queries you may have.

All MYP subscribers have access to myHelp, a dynamic, searchable, and mobile friendly collection of help articles located in the Support Centre. myHelp articles include detailed instructions with screenshots on every function of all MYP modules and are continuously updated with every release. An archive of the most recent feature releases (with demonstration videos) is also available in myHelp, allowing MYP subscribers to review the latest updates to their system.
