MYP rollout programs, training events and other client services are delivered by our certified client support team to maximise engagement, learning and effectiveness. Increasingly, Subscribers are also engaging with our team to assist with the design and operational delivery of their systems through our consulting services. Services under this category include project management, workflow design, onsite consultation, change management, system and process reviews and other ad-hoc support.

By accessing MYP's Certified Training, your staff will stay current with the latest updates and best practices, minimise time spent in the learning process and secure efficiency and benefits from MYP right from the start.

rollout + implementation


To ensure MYP users generate maximum value from their subscription, MYP requires new Subscribers to implement our rollout program. The rollout program has been structured to secure a strong implementation process while being very conscious of costs and cashflow impact.

The timing for the rollout depends on the level of engagement, the current status of existing business systems, the quality of project management, available resources and commitment of the leadership team. Specified timeframes for implementation will be provided during the subscription process and implementation planning stages. During and following the rollout program, Subscribers will have access to MYP's online support system.
