Steven Eager

Co-Founder Executive Chair

Steven has a significant executive background with numerous CEO and management roles in large accounting, legal, financial services and consulting organisations prior to founding MYP. In his consulting work, Steven worked extensively with SME, corporate, government, community, disability and health sectors.

As a co-founder of MYP, Steven’s passion continues to be on aligning the relationship and objectives of clients to the MYP offer so that we deliver genuine and sustainable value. Along with his experience, Steven has a Bachelor of Education, Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment.

Chris Robinson

Director

Chris has an extensive background in accelerating the growth of businesses and has been instrumental in driving the expansion strategy for some of Australia’s biggest brands including Amart All Sports, Lorna Jane and others.

Chris established MYMAX, a Brisbane-based investing and consulting firm specialising in accelerated growth, through business model development, and exit strategies for private companies. He is also a Facilitator of the UQ Business School Australian Owner Manager Program – the first executive program in Australia specifically designed to meet the needs of SME business owners – and a Project Faculty Member on the UQ Wharton Global Consulting Practicum MBA Program.

Mark De Ambrosis

Director

Mark is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Armitage Associates.

Mark co-founded Armitage Associates in 2016 in partnership with the Schwartz family. Mark started his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Co in Sydney. In 2009, he founded Longreach Capital in Chicago and returned to Australia in 2011 where he spent over 5 years leading the investment team at M. H. Carnegie & Co as the firm’s Investment Director and Partner.

Mark has an MBA from Harvard Business (graduated Baker Scholar) and a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland.

Greg Coffey

Director

Greg is an experienced executive, having spent over 20 years in finance, general management and strategy roles in large multinationals both in Australia and internationally.

More recently, Greg was CFO and then CEO of Sentral education, the leading provider of student information software systems for K-12 schools across Australia and South East Asia before joining Armitage Associates as an Operating Partner in September 2020.

Greg has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Andrea Christie-David

Advisory Board Member

Andrea is an award-winning lawyer, entrepreneur and experienced company director. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Leor, an NDIS and in home childcare service, which was acquired by G8 Education, the largest ASX listed long daycare provider in Australia, after which time she was appointed to their Executive Leadership Team.

Andrea holds directorships in various not for profit organisations and is heavily involved in advocacy to Government where she influences policy and regulation in the areas of early childhood, disability and workforce development. Andrea was a finalist in the Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards as ‘Emerging Female Entrepreneur’, holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws, Master of International Law and a Graduate Diploma in Educational Studies.

John Fisher

Chief Executive Officer

John has over 30 years’ experience servicing a number of different vertical industries across the private and public sector in Australia, New Zealand, UK and North America. He has held numerous executive positions within the software product industry, where he provided solutions to the Human Resources and Payroll sector and the Hair and Beauty industry.

John has a track record in building and fostering teams to deliver the best possible client experience and a passion for driving change to meet the constantly evolving demands of the market.

In addition to his experience, John holds a Bachelor of Business.

Anita Sayer

Corporate Services Manager

As Corporate Services Manager, Anita is responsible for the finance and administration functions at MYP. This involves both an internal focus and engagement with MYP clients on financial matters and in supporting them with MYP integrations to their own accounting system. The diverse nature of this role and Anita’s skill set includes co-ordination of development projects.

Anita is also a qualified software tester and heavily involved in ensuring new modules and the regular MYP system updates meet quality standards in preparation for release.

Anita is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Administration and a Bachelor of Arts.

Peter Oxenham

Chief Technology Officer

Peter has more than 20 years of experience providing technical and architectural guidance, developing innovative solutions and managing the deployment of high-profile IT projects. During his career, Peter has developed in-depth technical expertise and knowledge of processes and procedures, has established a proven track record driving technical and architectural development, and delivered solutions that align with client requirements and strategic business outcomes.

As the CTO at MYP, Peter is responsible for the development and engineering function of the business in driving delivery of the product roadmap and mentoring and supporting Team Leads in the management of their teams.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Information Technology.

Tamar Bostock

Chief Client Officer

Tamar is a highly experienced educator with a background in Adult and Child learning and coaching. She is responsible for driving an innovative learning and development program for MYP Subscribers that meets their learning needs using the latest learning techniques and technology.

Tamar delivers face-to-face and online Certified Training to MYP Subscribers to ensure effective use and implementation of their business systems. She is also responsible for managing the MYP Certified Trainer program.

Tamar holds a Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Diploma in Education, Cert IV in Training & Assessment and Cert IV in Career Development.

Matt Lattin

Chief Product Officer

Matt has over 22 years’ experience in general management and executive roles and has specialised in the not-for-profit sector (disability and community). He is renowned as an interpretive expert who can simplify the complexity of the disability and community sectors regulations, operational guidelines and legislation to maximise outcomes for service users and improve efficiency for providers.

Matt’s passion for delivering highly effective and purposeful systems to drive organisations strategic outcomes and maximise the effectiveness for staff in their day-to-day roles underpins his strong desire to deliver real outcomes for participants and service users.

Along with his extensive corporate and not-for-profit experience, Matt has a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing and Management.

Alana Livermore

Sales + Marketing Manager

Alana is a media and marketing specialist with experience in media planning, sales and event management. She has partnered with some of the media and marketing industry’s largest organisations in Australia, Malaysia, UAE, India and the US on business development and acquisition programs.

Driven by her passion for innovative ideas, Alana is focused on effective collaboration with her team and clients, building exceptional relationships with stakeholders and empowering them through marketing and sales initiatives to ignite real results and efficiencies in their organisations.

Alana has a Bachelor of Marketing and is also currently furthering her study in Project Management through Curtin University.

Sam Kuem

Technical Manager

Sam is a long-term member of the MYP team, with extensive knowledge of the MYP platform and its future roadmap.

As Technical Manager, Sam is responsible for ensuring that the MYP platform is secure, using current supported technologies and is performing optimally.

With MYP’s focus on continuous improvement and innovation, Sam plays a pivotal role in driving the release and other processes, allowing MYP to evolve to meet the needs of our Subscribers with minimal disruption.

Sam leads a team of Software Engineers, while also supporting other Technical Team Leads in, developing MYP’s multi-sector solutions.

Sam has a Bachelor of Information Technology (Software Engineering).

Jo Harding

Head of Strategic Partnerships

Jo has over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including SaaS, financial services and the insurance sector across the UK and Australia in both start-up and corporate environments.

Throughout her career, Jo has assumed numerous executive roles within the Healthtech and Edtech sectors, demonstrating her expertise in implementing and solidifying client success frameworks. This has resulted in remarkable outcomes, such as heightened client satisfaction, increased engagement, and the establishment of a positive organisational culture.

Jo is responsible for cultivating and managing our joint venture relationships, partnerships and enterprise clients as well as working cross-functionally to integrate the client success ethos throughout the organisation.
